CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required to process your reservation.
The Cancellation Policy below will apply 24 hours after the reservation has been confirmed (unless arrival date is within 72 hours).
Reservations cancelled 14 days prior to arrival are fully refundable. If you cancel within 14 days you will be charged 20% of the total stay. If you cancel holiday reservations 14 days prior to arrival you will be charged 10% of the total stay and holiday reservations cancelled within fourteen days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay. Early departures will be billed for the full reservation. Fees apply for early check-in and late check-out when available and not guaranteed.
Pet Policy
At Bonelli Bluffs RV Resort & Campground, we appreciate that pets, including comfort /therapy pets, are members of the family and best friends. Devoted pet owners are welcomed to bring their cats and dogs (under 75 pounds each) with them while staying. Pets must be kept on a leash in public areas and you must clean up after your pet.
Service Animal Policy
Trained service animals are welcome throughout Bonelli Bluffs RV Resort & Campground. A service animal is defined as any dog or miniature horse trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Guests who use service animals must retain control of their animals at all times and should keep them on a leash or harness while visiting.
RETAIL STORE RETURN POLICY
We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned items must have the original tags and product packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
